Hello!

I started creating a podcast on different facets of mental illness and have become an advocate for education, awareness, and accessibility of quality mental healthcare.

Too many people ignore their mental health even though it is crucial to maintain in everyday life.

Too many people view mental illness outside of themselves and their families, though 1 in 5 people experience symptoms of mental illness in their lifetime.

Advocating for mental health is not a benefit outside of yourself. It is a benefit for you. It is your basic human right.
